Ordinary Membership
Open to respiratory therapists legally employed in Singapore, credentialed or graduates from a formal training program in respiratory care profession.
Has voting rights and hold office.

Associate Membership
Open to non-respiratory therapists practicing in Singapore, working in a field related to the practice of respiratory therapy.
Those not engaged in direct respiratory patient care.
No voting rights and cannot hold office.

Student Membership
Open to all students enrolled in local or foreign medical-related program with valid proof of student identity upon membership registration.
No voting rights and cannot hold office.

Overseas Membership
Open to respiratory therapists or non-respiratory therapists abroad.
No voting rights and cannot hold office.
